Dear Carl,
I have just received a letter from you dated Sept. 21,99 via interoffice mail. As I have only recently been assigned a mailbox in the P.E. mail room I assume that the letter has been in the "system" for the last 3 months.
In you letter you state that, " several recommendations have been made to the Athletic Director which will help clarify how the budget is equitably established and administered within the parameters of Title IX, as well as ways to better communicate this information to coaches and others."
I with to know if it is possible to be sent a copy of those recommendations. If so please send them to my home at PO Box 822, Boonville, Ca. 95415 or advise me as to where I might see their content.
