It has been some time since your resolution of support. I would
be interested to know if there has been any response to the resolution
and if CTA would be willing to support this issue. I wish to
thank you for your concern and update you as to what has happened.
Due to my concerns regarding possible Title IX violations, there
has been an internal investigation conducted by Karen Chaty.
I have recently received a letter from Carl Lehman indicating
that" several recommendations have been made to the Athletic
Director which will help clarify how the budget is equitably
established and administered within the parameters of Title IX,
as well as ways to better communicate this information to coaches
and others."
I have not, as of yet, seen what these recommendations are and
am requesting a copy of them to be sent to me. Obviously, I am
not able to determine whether the problems I pointed out will
be rectified by these recommendations without seeing them. If
not than I may find it necessary to file a formal complaint with
the OCR.
