ARTICLE 13 - EVALUATIONS

(Revise) 13.2 Evaluations conducted in the Fall Semester shall be completed by January 31st and evaluations conducted in the Spring Semester shall be completed by June 30th.

Evaluation Process for Part-time Instructors

III (A):
Part-time instructors shall be evaluated once during their first semester of assignment and a minimum of once every six regular semesters thereafter. Evaluations conducted in the Fall Semester shall be completed by January 31st and evaluations conducted in the Spring Semester shall be completed by June 30th.

Office Hours:
During 1998-99 negotiations, MPFA and the District shall explore the future feasibility of implementing AB 301 at such time as the District's p/t faculty hourly rate reaches the statewide average.

Effective Fall Semester, 1998, the part-time faculty salary schedule will be increased by 5.00% as follows:

- a 2.26% COLA
- a 2.74% Equity Increase 5.00%

This Agreement shall be in effect from July 1, 1998, through June 30, 2001.

Each party reserves the right to reopen negotiations for 1999-00 and 2000-01 under Article 16, (Salary);

Article 20, (Duration); and an additional three (3) articles each.
