starting up small information technology (IT) businesses, which rely on the Internet,
now have a way to increase their chance of success and reduce costs. The Mendocino
Coast Business Incubator (MCBI) is accepting applications for its pilot program.
MCBI will provide fast Internet connection capabilities, technical and business
guidance, and office space. Affordable fees and shared resources will reduce
the costs usually involved with starting up new businesses.

They provide training and technical assistance to local government agencies,
